It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Tracy this afternoon regarding my new loyalty a/c. She was friendly helpful and knowledgeable, and took me through what I had to do step by step online with patience. VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF

A Caring, Traditional and Caring Building Society

I always find the staff in my local Chorley Building Society (Leyland) very helpful and friendly. There is a nice, warm and friendly atmosphere when you enter the Building Society. I receive regular updates about any new saving schemes and the staff are always ready to help with any enquiries I may have.
