Very helpful, pleasant and professional

What wonderful people work at the Chorley Building Society. All have gone out on a limb to help me sort things out after my husband's passing, not an easy task in these terrible times due to Covid19. Always answer the phone (no long holds). Very helpful & pleasant and invariably any queries get resolved quickly and effectively. Great communications & clarity. Very much geared to the customers needs. Not top paying (in terms of interest) but competitive and responsive to BOE rate changes. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
