Very helpful, pleasant and professional

What wonderful people work at the Chorley Building Society. All have gone out on a limb to help me sort things out after my husband's passing, not an easy task in these terrible times due to Covid19. Very good customer service.

As I get older more companies seem to offer algorithm like almost robotic customer service. I was pleasantly surprised with Chorley that it was not like this with a personable and helpful customer service. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2023

The staff are very friendly and helpful, it's nice to have a seat and when you speak to staff who are very helpful, plus a passbook is better than a cheque book or card. Reviewed on: 1st March 2023

Interest rates are low and there are no bonds on offer or longer term accounts with better interest rates. Very good customer service, small and personal service, but the need is there for incentinves to save for a longer fixed rate term. Reviewed on: 1st March 2023
