About this product

Aegon offered a Retiready Pension which was withdrawn for new customers from December 2023. For existing customers, it has a maximum service charge of 0.5% per year.

Been with Aegon over 15 years.

Been with Aegon over 15 years. Put one of my pension funds elsewhere recently. It has made more in one month than Aegon in over 15 years. Aegon lost over 13000 pounds in that period. New company made 1500 pounds in one month. Enough said. Reviewed on: 4th December 2024

Taking incompetence and ineptitude to levels I previously thought not possible. The utter disdain they have shown me, failing to follow basic instructions, not replying to emails and do everything in their capabilities to prevent access to withdrawals. I was only cashing a small pot pension which has now taken over 3 months and still hasn’t been completed. but will now be transferring my remaining accounts away from the business despite their undoubted best efforts at frustrating the process. Appalling service ,

Appalling service ,husband been trying to get his pension and some draw down since December. Complain made and the sent £150 to his account to apologise and uphold his complaint. Now say they can’t confirm his account ( which thé have paid into ) therefore can’t send his money . Interest list in the period December to now is approx £800 . They are profiting from his money. As he has had major heart surgery and TIÀs this is causing extreme stress. Reviewed on: 5th November 2024

Customer online investment details has been down for 5 weeks - usual corporate email responses but now taking further. I find it unacceptable that this company have no sense to get the website up and running - appears to be no urgency. Impossible to get hold off. Do not respond to emails, calls or thru their online customer login secure email! What a disgrace. Cannot wait to get my money away from this company. Reviewed on: 19th July 2024

Deliberately poor customer service; emails - no response; web chats wait multiple times for minimum 15 mins, no actual queue, then they said they can't do xyz send you to somewhere else; call the right number eventually, put me on permanent hold to close the account. Reviewed on: 10th June 2024
