I decided to call AllClear to renew my insurance but also hoping to get some discount from last year as I have completed my medical care. This was a couple of days ago. I have renewed but with this email I find I could have got discount so a it disappointed. Reviewed on: 1st September 2018

The representative I spoke to was knowledgeable and very helpful. Phoned me back when she said after checking if she could better the quotation initially given, which she did. Fantastic staff.

I get very frustrated filling in the online forms as many categories ask questions that I’ve already answered (do you have high blood pressure? Yes, I’ve already declared it.) so I always ring up.
