Credit Card Okay. Highish APR and a substandard App makes it poor compared to others

The card is okay. Cash back is not bad - although values have been reduced recently. There isn't a proper app and the one you can download is never working - constantly being updated! Limited as to what you can do online too - which is disappointing....

The card is okay. Cash back is not bad - although values have been reduced recently. There isn't a proper app and the one you can download is never working - constantly being updated! Limited as to what you can do online too - which is disappointing. Even sorting out a direct debit requires a phone call, which is fairly basic for the majority of credit cards. Not the worst card out there but not the best either. I only use mine for work and wouldn't recommend it for personal spending to be honest, as there's better cards out there with lower APRs and better apps for control of your finances.

I went into Forest Town Asda today to order Euros for my up coming holiday. After reading some of the reviews I was a little apprehensive however I need not to have been. I was greeted at the counter by the warm welcoming smile of Jodie. Jodie informed me that I did not have to order my Euros as she could give them to me today. She informed the amount I would get and discussed the buy back guarantee offer. I was sorted in a swift five minutes :) . Thank you Asda and the very polite professional Jodie!

An ok Store credit card

If you shop in Asda like we do then this card is good, we get 1% cashback inside the store and 0.5% if used anywhere else, The cashback is paid in the form of vouchers for instore which I build up to use at Christmas time. Ok for us as we always shop...

Used and ignored

My hubby had a credit card with Asda, always paid it off. But their particular scheme was ending so we let the card vlose. As he hardly used it. Well, the online only account moved to Santander, then out of the blue a bill arrived sanding a large sum....

My hubby had a credit card with Asda, always paid it off. But their particular scheme was ending so we let the card vlose. As he hardly used it. Well, the online only account moved to Santander, then out of the blue a bill arrived sanding a large sum. Couldn't get online to view statements anymore, call centre unhelpful and now this random balance amount has moved to a company called Newday who don't answer their phones quickly, when they do they pass you from pillar to post and still several years on we are trying to chase up what this mystery balance is for and how to close the account and get our money back they have taken which we do not owe! Fuming doesn't cut it! We've never had this before with a credit card, it's lovely they've been selling on a debt that shouldn't exist anyway and no one cares but we keep.payong a monthly amount to stop bailiffs being called to collect this none debt! AHH!

Not customer service orientated from my experience. Cancelled card as would not be happy dealing with the call centre from the 2 poor experiences I have had.

Make sure all your details are spot on when taking out a car insurance policy with them. If they are inaccurate though the slightest discrepancy and pick up on it rather than give you a phone call to amend straight away they will ignore it until the...

Make sure all your details are spot on when taking out a car insurance policy with them. If they are inaccurate though the slightest discrepancy and pick up on it rather than give you a phone call to amend straight away they will ignore it until the cooling off period has ended on your policy then send you a recorded letter through the post demanding an additional payment or your policy cancelled as well as letting you drive around with invalid insurance in this period of time.
