Stole 600 Euros and still not freeing my funds

Worst bank I have experienced. I was on a 3 month fixed rate account which is showing 0% interest after 1 year and was on auto-renew. They have also locked my funds and I have been requesting for them to free it up for 2 weeks. The only response I got was they are going to charge me 600 Euros to free those funds. This is after 1 year of no interest! I'm still waiting for them to free my funds after several emails, calls and messages. Do not! Go with this bank Reviewed on: 9th December 2022

Avoid at all costs

Where do you start? Their 'customer service' is rude and I've been hung up on! The fees are ridiculous! They have frozen the account because they messed up requesting audit information from the wrong company, then wont fix their mistakes. They will charge €50 monthly 'account maintenance' fees, then more fees for 'low usage' (they froze the account), then a bunch of fees I don't understand coming in at almost €500!!!! - when asking what they are, they refuse to answer and wont answer my messages. Bank of Cyprus is full of fees

They take fee on everything. I needed to transfer money to a new bank account and i found out how horrible it actually is. First of all they make you pay in order for you to unlock the 'transfer to other banks' button and then they charge a wapping 20 euro for you to transfer your own money that you put in their account in the first place which they use.. and they charge you 40 euro if you want the money to be trasnfered on the same day. Also when you change the date to a longer atleast 5 days in order for you to not pay a free they dont allow you to do so. Also they charge you money 5 euro for you to transfer to your connected account. Unbelievable. Reviewed on: 6th October 2020

avoid

Trying to get my money out of my account. They introduced a digi-pass machine which was held up due to virus and when I finally got it it did not work. I have been locked out of my account since March 2020 now july! Wrote letter to close account after 8 days still no funds returned. No secure messaging and 3days to answer emails. Avoid this bank!
