Straightforward money and great online services

I opened this bank account in 2011 and previously my experience with banks has been bad but with barclays i have found it straightforward, the internet banking is great and the facilities are easy to use Reviewed on: 12th January 2016

It's so easy to transfer money between accounts using the app and also using barclays pingit. It's great and feels very safe for peace of mind. Reviewed on: 12th January 2016

Great bank but they closed my local branch.

Great bank but they closed my local branch so I now have to travel 30 miles to the nearest branch. Reviewed on: 11th January 2016

The staff in the branch are friendly and I find that my account is secure and I feel safe when banking online.

I have had a good experience with Barclays. If they think something is wrong with the account they will block your card but you get the phone call so there isn't much inconvienience. The security may be a bit high but I know this security will keep me safe when I am banking. Reviewed on: 9th January 2016

IT IS A VERY SAFE FROM SCAMS BANK WHICH GIVES A SPECIAL SECURITY SYSTEM TO KEEP AT HOME CALLED PINSENTRY WHICH CHANGES PINS DAILY SO NO ONE CAN HACK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT THE DEVICE IS VERY EASY TO USE AND SINCE ACCESSING MY ACCOUNT THIS WAY I HAVE NEVER BEEN ROBBED INTO MY ACCOUNT AGAIN AFTER SWITCHING FROM MY OTHER BANK LLYODS WHICH WAS A DESPAIR!IT ALSO ALLWED ME TO PERSONALIZE MY DEBIT CARD IMAGE FOR FREE WITH A NICE GIRLISH PATTERN, I CHOSE CATS AND GOT THIS VERY QUICKLY THROUGH THE POST WHICH GETS ME MANY COMPLIMENTS FOR IT WHEN PAYING IN SHOPS , THANXS SO MUCH BARCLAYS YOU ARE THE BEST! Waste of time
