Junior Saver account

Barry was super helpful and sorted the issue with log on so thank Barry. I would say BBS needs to simplify the log in and re-set password process as I am an experienced online banking user, yet felt this was not user friendly and intuitive at all. Way too many steps that were not straight forward to follow so had to call instead. Reviewed on: 31st May 2022

Superb Service

I had reason to telephone BIBS expecting the usual impersonal reception only to be amazed when a living person answered my call. It turned out to be Jane Cox who immediately understood my request and promised to send the appropriate paperwork for signing that day. Needless to say it arrived ! Every Financial organisation in the country should take a training course from BIBS in how to simply answer customers questions. Well done Jane , my grateful thanks. I tried contacting another bank who were not very helpful and made it difficult to get in contact with someone the online chat service was brilliant and I was given lots of helpful information

Great customer service

Chelsea on live chat was kind and informative, much more so than the big highstreet banks. The only reason I didn’t put 10 stars for the recommendation, is most of my friends/family couldn’t open accounts due to not living in bath. Clear website, but when I got stuck, the online chat helped me speedily and efficiently. *********
