After talking through things with clearstart I felt confident that they could help me, however when I discovered a company that didn't charge for the service I called them and cancelled my plan. Forward 3 months later to June 2020, have discovered that they have taken £144 the last 3 months, having spoken to them on the phone they conveniently have no trace of this call, they said that they haven't heard from me at all, (presumably because I cancelled my account), so whilst I've been working 12+ hrs in itu and on other wards fighting to keep people alive during this pandemic they have been taking money without authorisation!!!
They refuse to refund and claim i should of answered my phone (not very easy when your in full ppe and your phone is in your locker) also no answerphone messages so how on earth would I know it was them calling. So today a treasured day off will be spent on the phone to the bank to see what they can advise.
AVOID AT ALL TIMES
