We understand it can be extremely frustrating, and often costly when things go wrong - especially with your credit card - whether that's payment problems, a block on your card, ar difficulty paying your bill. If things don't go quite to plan with Capital One, sometimes you have to escalate your dissatisfaction and leave a complaint. That's why we want to improve the way that companies deal with complaints from customers.

Now the card itself was alright, no complaints with regards to payment limits etc. but when I wanted to change my address, boy did I have a job!

In total, I spent almost three hours on hold (yes, I did time it! That's how bored I was!) over the course of three days trying to change my details. I really don't know why they were incapable of either answering the phone or putting me through to the correct department but I paid the balance shortly afterwards and cancelled my card. If they can't even manage a simple request like this, I dread to think how they are treating our personal data.

So whilst I appreciate that this is more of a rant than a review, there are more cards of this ilk around these days, offering similar interest rates and I feel sure that they would offer a far superior service.
