If things don't go quite to plan with Capital One, sometimes you have to escalate your dissatisfaction and leave a complaint. That's why we want to improve the way that companies deal with complaints from customers.

Unreliable

Well at first they accepted me with poor credit but later I saw the charges just rising and rising. Although I kept up to date with my payments they decided to later cancel my card and blocked me from using it...

Well at first they accepted me with poor credit but later I saw the charges just rising and rising. Although I kept up to date with my payments they decided to later cancel my card and blocked me from using it altogether.

Called customer service they did not have a clue about whst I was saying, finally after many called I made to get a english speaking fluently adviser, they told me to write in a letter explaining this. So I have done this an it's been 9 months and I still have not heard back.

So what I'm left with is a poorer credit report. They are unreliable and fake.
