Dont even think about this product

Without a single second thought I would strongly advise, run in the direction of any other supplier! We have been miss advised non stop for 3 weeks and still waiting for the repairs to be estimated. We were even told the £45k care was a write off then ...

Without a single second thought I would strongly advise, run in the direction of any other supplier! We have been miss advised non stop for 3 weeks and still waiting for the repairs to be estimated. We were even told the £45k care was a write off then phoned literally 10 mins later to be advised that was a mistake!
This insurer is king of the outsourcing world absolutely incompetent- you have been warned.

Would not agree to lend the mortgage amount we have already!

Farsacal experience, despite having an excellent credit score (advisors words) and fully meeting all criteria and affordability criteria, Lloyds would only lend us £4,000 under what we have outstanding on our current mortgage. We have just got a new mortgage with Barclays. So despite being a customer of Lloyds for over 25 years they clearly don’t want our business. We will be taking all of our business to Barclays!!

Absolutely Rubbish Customer Services, I have a very high quote for a new car that's the same, but to cancel mid term they want another £120 just to cancel, when you call Customer Services, you can get put on hold for up to an hour, and still end up with useless information, I would never recommend LLoyds again, next step change Bank. been wait for 4 day for Customer Services to call me.

We have been wasting our money for years!!!

1) garage roof was corrugated asbestos with one panel of clear polycarbonate to let light in. had very heavy snow which froze and caused a leak in the polycarbonate part of the roof.
Not insured apparently...as the roof was not adequately maintained despite us having a mortgage survey on the whole property less than a year ago! signs of damp apparently are that the wood has gone darker in colour???

2)Two bikes stolen from outside back of garage while roof is repaired (not in view of streets) bikes were chained to lifting handle on 1000 litre hot tub which weighs 1.5 tons...apparently this does not constitute a permanent structure.
was told we should have had a bike rack in our back garden.
My partner was sold the policy that cycles were covered as long as they were in the confines of the property...no mention of small print or having bike racks installed to meet policy requirements.

feel like anything we would claim for would be rejected...

Avoid this bank!

Bad experience! I had a fraud last week and I lost £398 that the bank doesn’t want to refund me. I don’t deserve this treatment! The bank didn’t protect my account, didn’t send me messages advising about fraud.
