Incompetent morons. I have had the same phone number for 22 years. It has been registered for Internet banking for about the same amount of time. I can see it on my Internet banking page right now in the Personal Details...

Incompetent morons. I have had the same phone number for 22 years. It has been registered for Internet banking for about the same amount of time. I can see it on my Internet banking page right now in the Personal Details section.

Santander, however, maintain that they have a different number for me for the purposes of making on-line payments (OTP code). As I do not know what that number is, they refuse to help me. They entered some random number on their system and want me to guess it!

I have made a complaint via the complaints department as nobody in customer services was able to help, but they can't either, my caseworker tells me the person he needs to speak to isnt replying to his emails or calls.

What sort of organisation is this?

Santander 123 insurance underwritten by Chubb - offered the best price for us on our annual travel policy, however there's a reason for that. Our flight from Gatwick on 20th December 2018 was cancelled and because of drones. Because there was is no specific mention of drones on the policy, no payment is being made. Moral of the story - buy cheap, buy twice.

No customer service

I ended up with Santander because I had the mortgage when I was married. Trying to extend my leasehold, they demanded I use their lawyer and pay for theirs and mine as well. Customer service sucks. I would really spend more to get more elsewhere. BEWARE.
