I am convinced there is no worse bank on this planet! They switched-off my paper statements, meaning I had to ring them to know how much and when to pay them. They assured me on many occasions that I would not be penalised for what was "their" error. Despite their assurances, I was and still am being penalised for their incompetence!!! Late Payment charges have been applied that I have not paid. They refuse to address the problems, even though I have written to both their previous and their current CEO's, but have notified Credit Reference agencies that "I am a bad payer". I have reported them to Rip Off Britain and Watchdog and am actively considering suing them for professional negligence!

Tesco Box Insurance - wouldn't ever shop with Tesco again for this reason. Took out a 6000 mile policy and have been paying for Top up miles as job circumstances changed and needed to drive more miles... worked out how much I've paid totalling...

Tesco Box Insurance - wouldn't ever shop with Tesco again for this reason. Took out a 6000 mile policy and have been paying for Top up miles as job circumstances changed and needed to drive more miles... worked out how much I've paid totalling £2,300!!! Rang to cancel and for a refund of the 6 months cover I haven't used and Tesco claim I've paid for my 6000 miles policy and as gone over I'm not due any refund. So in total I've paid £2,300 for 6 months car insurance!!!! Absolute scam. Do NOT get Tesco Box Insurance.

Did not alert me at all that a claim was made against my vehicle, causing me a lot of difficulty in renewing my insurance and finding out I would have to pay hundreds of pounds more than originally planned. When complaining about this, I was told that "in an ideal world we would've, but we didn't" ABSOLUTELY FUMING!!!!

We have phoned up twice in three years to check if some minor damage was covered by the insurance. The damage was not covered and we never made a claim. Image our surprise when we get a phone call from Tesco's to tell us we are statistically a greater risk and for the 8 months remaining on our policy we have to pay an extra 20%. This means we lost our no claims bonus for enquiring about minor damage. A complete scam.

falsifying mileage data, 0 communication. after an accident although they say 'inform us asap' blah this blah that. these idiots responded almost 2 weeks later and only because the other party had informed them about the accident threatening me that i had not informed them. never mind me their friggin customer who informed them via phone, live chat and even email on the day shortly after the incident. their response to this was as follows ' It was not until the call on 31 August 2016, as well as the complaint investigation, where your attempts to contact our Claims Department were found. Again, I can only apologise for this.' 5 complaints later they had not changed. Their so called managers could not answer simple questions . cancelled policy. then 2 years later when i've moved on with my life happy that i never have to dealt garbage like this ever again. i find out they have kept my account open without informing me and oh apparently i now owe them over 800 pounds. *sigh* 6th complaint. next stop fos.
