The management running this organisation have successfully created a specialist mantra of "sod you and sort it yourself". What do I do to move things forward. Tesco?

Despite taking a policy out you actually are not covered for the first 14 days of your policy term despite the fact that it clearly states your term start and end dates. If anything happens to your pet in that time they will not cover it. Seriously, go elsewhere and buy your pet insurance from a professional outfit.

They renewed my insurance without my consent and USED MY BANK DETAILS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION to take money from my bank. NO LETTER NO PHONE CALL just an email that goes into your spam box to let you know!!! I called and they say I signed an automatic renewal, This is a LIE as I never did this to ensure I go each year through compare the market to get the movies deal. THIS IS A FRAUD. THEY ARE A JOKE. Cancelation fees + penalties is more than £300. I am SO ANGRY. They are a bunch of LIARS, DO NOT GO WITH THEM

I have been a Tesco home insurance customer for over 10 years and when I bought the policy for the first time, it was great value for money.
Because of my trust in them, I did not realised that my premiums have gone sky high, over £80 a month, my fault for not checking.
When I confronted them, they could not care less and on to top it up, I have to pay £170 cancellation.
I went back to their website, to try to get a quote, out of curiosity and to my surprise, a new quote was only £17 a month.
These people do not give a rat’s arse about loyal customers.
Never again, I will be buying anything from them.
