The Coventry First has changed and it's now very inflexible

The Coventry First account has changed in the last year. The current account no longer allows an overdraft on the current account. The debit card can no longer be used for purchases and can only be used to withdraw from cash machines. Reviewed on: 27th December 2019

I love CBS

Great service

This service was exactly what I was looking for and customer service was exelent Reviewed on: 31st December 2017

Consistent rates and service

I have saved with The Coventry since the 1970s and have had a wide range of savings accounts and ISAs with them, as well as their current account. The rates have always been good and have not been lowered as soon as the bank rate has been. The customer service has likewise been good; I only regret that I now have no local branch to supplement my on-line use Reviewed on: 9th November 2017
