The assistant was very helpful when I opened my savings At DBS in Darlington, and explained everything well. However I was disappointed by the lack of other products available to customers. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

Helpful staff at an emotional time

After loosing my Mum I went to DBS to process her accounts. They were very helpful both at the initial meeting and explaining the process and also at the point where we had received probate and helped us move the r money from the old accounts Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

the staff are always friendly and helpful.

the staff are always friendly and helpful. it's a competitive market and so it's not easy for our society to offer great value on savings accounts, but it would be great to see the rates being a little bit keener for us loyal members. overall, it is good to be a member of the society.
