Brillian company saved me a lot of money on my home isurance

Company representative, really good and easy to talk to. When I had to make a claim there were really helpful and professional and resolv my Reviewed on: 3rd July 2019

Doesn't recognize loyalty

Have been with them for two years. And it's the second time they have increased the price without any claims. How is that possible that the insurance can grow by 15% annually??? Do they actually believe their customers will simply renew based on some stupid awards??? No thanks. If you don't encourage customers to stay with you I'd rather go with someone who wouldn't increase their prices year after year without any reason. Reviewed on: 27th September 2021
