incompetente

someone crushed into my car, the police after investigation gave the fault to third party, but Esure still charged me for all the repair and also charge me extra the following year and I am still pay extra with an other insurance company due to esure...

someone crushed into my car, the police after investigation gave the fault to third party, but Esure still charged me for all the repair and also charge me extra the following year and I am still pay extra with an other insurance company due to esure not clearing my claim.
don't use them, they lost all reports from police and they told me that they could not do anything about it.

Great value and love the free home emergency cover. Had cause to use this twice, once for blocked drain and again for a faulty boiler. Both times the matter was resolved hassle free and very promptly. As this was a bolt on service these claims didn't effect my no claims at renewal either.

After a "lovely " ( not ) man took the backend off my car off on a supermarket car park , because he was impatient with the line off cars and wanted to get off the carpark put miss judged the size off his car and was very aggressive towards me and my 14 year old daughter ( who got a bit gobby ) kids !!
They were very good and handled it in a very professional way and took all the worry off me and " got it sorted "
My car is not worth much but with low milages and the fact I am a childminder so most days have 6 borrowed baby's in it, it's prise less to me and was sorted with in 48 hours , a very happy customer

Knocked my laptop of the table and it died.
Had it insured specifically cos its expensive. They took it away and after a few days i was told it wasn't covered as it was "wear and tear, deterioration over time mechanical failure." This happened at the same time the laptop hit the ground.....which was convenient for them. If it had physical damage then maybe they could say it was a result from that but unfortunately for me it landed on its bottom and whatever broke inside was undetectable by them so basically tough luck. Though I should feel free to pay someone else to look at it and then esure will have the same people who looked at it the first time check it again. If i had the money to pay other people to look at it then I would have rather than rely on them.
So glad I paid for the extra cover.
No wonder the forums online say "if its broken, make sure if you send it to them with enough damaged so they cant weasel out of it."
Honesty gets you nothing.

Knocked my laptop of the table and it died.

Own repair garage Gemini useless

Taken car to esure repair garage 4 times. 1st time indicator light flashing to fast. 2nd time bumper, headlight,wing, bonnet all out of sync. Not new at all just tried to repair wing with glue round the wheel arch. Promised £30 if I took it back to them instead of taking it to my main dealer & did not get the £30. Because I was not satisfied with the results 2nd time round. Rang esure up and they got hoopers out to look at the car with the mechanic from the garage, who was rude with an attitude. Eventually took it to my car dealership who did a good job with all expenses paid. Also got compensation for what I went through. All this took 3 1/2 months. Only had minor accident. Gemini are no good at repairs & cut costs, hoping that you would not notice. Look on google and feedback from the company. Use your own garage of your own choice when you've been in an accident.

My experience with Esure has been chaotic and frustrating. I had been assigned a case handler who decided to go on annual leave the day after taking up my case, without letting me know. It was only after a number of calls from both, the insured party and myself that we were made aware of this. The rest of the Esure team assured me that the claim had been elevated to 'urgent' status, once the case handler was back in the office. Another week passed before I heard back from him, only after I cc'd him in an email to the head of the department to assign me a new case handler. It has been over 2 months since registering my claim, still, nothing has been done. I found Esure car insurance claim department rude, arrogant, unhelpful, uninterested in establishing the simple facts and completely unprofessional.
The sheer incompetence and lack of cooperation have led me to take further action.
