Very easy and amazing

I’m a single mum and was having trouble with moving and money but Once I’ve signed up for Bristol credit union, everything was made easy for me. Moved to a 2 bed flat and the deposit was paid by BCU to my landlord. And as agreement I just have to pay them back monthly to which I can very much afford. Staff are very helpful and friendly as well, had some questions so rang them and they helped me with everything I needed to know Reviewed on: 12th June 2020

Brilliant!

I have had a loan, used the Bristol pound account and the savings account. I am also proud to say I am a bond holder. Everyone is fabulous. I am a complete technophobe so really struggled to start with to access everything. They took my phone calls, talked me down, and then talked me through how to access my accounts. They've had to issue me with new passwords. And all without a murmur. And... when I was placed on furlough my loan payments were placed on hold immediately. They are just wonderful in every way. Bristol's number 1

I took a loan out and had no trouble ,there a very good company I love to save a bit for a rainy day and if I want my money it's easy to request it and goes straight in my account .There brilliant and I would recommend to friends and family without a thought ..well done credit union . My favourite place to save

I've been a member of Bristol Credit Union for at least 10 years. It was recommended to me by colleagues. What a life changer. I have money automatically deducted from my pay cheque. I've been able to save for myself and my daughter, automatically, every month. It's so easy. And the customer service is brilliant. Before the lockdown I would go into Bristol credit Union to withdraw money even when I could have done it on the phone or online. Joining the Bristol Credit Union has enabled me to save money for the first time in my life. It has helped me keep out of debt. I have taken out a loan with them and the interest has been reasonable.
