Cheapest insurance I could find that met me needs. I did have to have a black box but my premiums came down significantly in year 2, so I couldn’t find anywhere cheaper to switch. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

My insurance was quite high but after I spoke to them reduced it dramatically after my renewal. Customer service is easy to talk to, the wait time is not that bad either. Easy to view my account and policy. And make a payment online Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

Excellent service

I needed to change car insurance as my current provided was no longer the value for money I required, Hastings Direct came up as the best on offer from my searches. Helpful Hastings Direct

I recently had to submit a claim as someone hit my parked car - Hastings were very helpful in organising the repairs and I didn’t have to do much to get things sorted. They also made sure I didn’t pay anything towards the repairs and that my no claims bonus wasn’t affected. Very happy with my experience. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024
