A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card

A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card, customer service is only available during GMT hours and any replacement cards can only be sent to a UK address, useless if you’re abroad and the card is broken or lost. My case: they locked the card due to fraud and said it was due to VISA. Told to find a VISA atm to unlock, wasted time doing that. Nothing. Stick with reputable bank not these idiots. Balance transfers

Lack of balance transfer, too much attention on non bank issues, rewards etc. get rid of them and use savings for better interest rates. Reviewed on: 15th April 2026
