A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card

A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card, customer service is only available during GMT hours and any replacement cards can only be sent to a UK address, useless if you’re abroad and the card is broken or lost. My case: they locked the card due to fraud and said it was due to VISA. Told to find a VISA atm to unlock, wasted time doing that. Nothing. Stick with reputable bank not these idiots. 1st class credit card facilities

The App works well. Making a payment is easy. Scanning transactions is simple and accurate. Moreover, when I've called for assistance or advice, they have provided an excellent service, really "on the ball", helpful and polite. Keep up the good work! Reviewed on: 15th April 2026

More than just a card
