What a let down

Really dissapointed to find my card being closed down but this is what you expect these days. I was thinking about signing up to ASDA but thet are Jaja so they won't be getting my custom Reviewed on: 1st April 2023

Will it ever happen ??

Over the summer and now the autumn I keep getting emails from the Post Office saying my credit card is moving to Jaja. Still no signs the promised app or card. Guess they've simplified the credit card experience it will never happen.... Time to move to a card issuer who can deliver Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Smart and simple

Very straightforward onboarding process and app very easy to use; can manage account via app with no fuss and can reach for help when needed via chat platform Reviewed on: 29th January 2020
