Incompetent

This company tried to buy the market by getting in with a good interest rate. Unfortunately their hopeless systems and even lest useful support staff resulted only in them shooting themselves in the foot. Reviewed on: 30th March 2023

Having been drawn to Kroo after hearing about their high interest savings account I've had a great experience dealing with them using the app which is straightforward to use and simple as well as the customer service which has been fast and simple.
