Account Satisfaction Survey:

Not part of the Current Account Switch Service (CASS). In addition, keep encountering multiple account/card freezes for attempting perfectly legitimate transactions, I.e. topping up a Debit card with relatively low amounts, (typically £50 to £100). My customer complaints for this are constantly dismissed with no attempt to address the repeating issue. This is extremely annoying and would warrant an investigation as to how the AI based algorithm could be improved to 'self-learn' in order to reduce the liklihood of such triggers. This would significantly improve my user experience and customer satisfaction. Reviewed on: 18th April 2026

I find KROO to be a brilliant bank to use save with.

I find KROO to be a brilliant bank to save with. It's really straightforward to use if I just want to top up my account a little from another account. All I need to fo is press 'yes' to transfer over No having to switch accounts. I have recommended this bank to friends and i really like the funky style of it too. Reviewed on: 18th April 2026

I have confidence that Kroo takes its security seriously. Transactions over a certain threshold are checked before being paid, which is reassuring. When payments are verified they are paid swiftly. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026
