Best out there I’ve used but at a premium

Two bikes on a roof-rack - low car park overhead beam... two smashed bikes! No problem... Laka sorted us out really quickly so me wife and I only missed a few days cycling. What a company, and what a helpful team. Amazing. Reviewed on: 21st August 2024

Useless service.

Useless customer service. Broken processes which automatically upgrade your plan without authorization. Carried on billing me after I cancelled my policy. All the while banging on about how great "The Collective" is. Don't waste your time or money with these incompetent idiots. Reviewed on: 5th August 2024
