A breath of fresh air :)

I have insured 2 holiday lodges through Leisuredays. On both occasions their customer service was friendly & professional and they made it easy to understand exactly what my policy would and would not cover. They were also able to save a policy activation date as soon as I knew when I would complete my purchase which meant it was one less thing to worry about on the day. They rang to check I was happy with the quote but did not hassle but repeatedly phoning when I advised that I wasn't sure of the start date. The quote was also the most competitive that I received and I have recommended them to several other property owners on site. A breath of fresh air in the insurance world! Great customer experience.

Great customer experience. In all the years we've been covered, the first claim was this year. They were very easy to deal with and very friendly. It was clear what was required to support the claim and if conversation was required how/when we might do that together.
