Used to be good

I used L&C previously and they were very helpful but when I remortgaged last year their advisor became uncontactable and didn't respond to email. In the end I got a good deal from my existing provider. Reviewed on: 25th March 2025

In general, the service was fine.

In general, the service was fine but there was a lack of transparent communication about the final monthly payment rate for my re-mortgage, meaning I have ended up paying more than some of the other offers that were available. This left a slightly disappointing taste to what was otherwise a good service. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025
