Please stay away from Moneybarn!

Please stay away from Moneybarn! If you have issues with your veichle they are so unprofessional. They will not listen or communicate, finally won my case after 6 months after providing ridiculous amounts of evidence despite issues being very clear. Also had to get FOS involved so they would listen - now they owe me a refund they have not paid and ignore all calls and emails. Honestly the worst company EVER! Reviewed on: 5th December 2024

Great communication from start to finish.

Great communication from start to finish. The process is very straightforward and I never once felt uneasy which can sometimes be the case when applying for finance. I really liked the text reminder about my payment date. Reviewed on: 7th June 2024

The good, the bad and the little bit ugly

I find it difficult when you have applied with bad credit, and trying to improve your credit, but you are hit with very high interest rates. But that’s all you can do to get your credit back in shape. It’s hard to better yourself financially but on an upside, I used to be in so much back pain whilst driving my previous car, being able to get a better car has helped me a lot.
