Mis-sold Credit Agreement.

Mis-sold Credit Agreement. Car starting showing problems since the very first day and MoneyBarn did nothing about it. All MoneyBarn was concerned about was their monthly payments and hiding behind the mis-sold credit agreement. DO NOT USE MONEYBARN Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

Really easy process & the member of staff I dealt with treated me with respect. It’s refreshing to speak to staff that are courteous & kind. The application process & the signing of the documentation was easy, it was all done online. I was kept informed of the process & the information was easy to understand. Very good!

After struggling to find a suitable car finance provider I found moneybarn via a 3rd party after searching for a new vehicle. However, the limited experience I have with them so far I cannot fault them. The money was provided to the dealer directly and they sent me a personal video explaining everything which was really personal and bought clarity to something that can be confusing for a lot of people.
