Excellent all round service

Excellent information provided via the App online about the performance of my S&S ISA. I also like the fact that Moneyfarm not only give me regular updates as to what is going on in the world that could materially affect fund performances, they also actively re-balance the portfolios in order to mitigate downturns and to ensure the funds benefit from any upturns. A very impressive experience

I've had a stocks and shares ISA with Moneyfarm for just under one year. I've been very impressed with the user interface, their communication about my portfolio and the abundance of information available. It's a really impressive offering, particularly for those who have limited experience with investing. I have never used it, but having access to free consultants is an excellent plus that is unmatched by other providers (as far as I am aware). The best thing about Moneyfarm is the consultants. Having a named person to contact with questions about investing is an incredible feature. Mine is clearly passionate about their work, and so knowledgeable about the market: every email or phone call is an education! Reviewed on: 14th January 2025

Top Notch

My experience has been excellent, I have contacted the company a few times in relation to deposits not reaching my account, they have always been swift to act and ensured my money was deposited. I understand there can be a delay in funds hitting my account and then being allocated, they are swift to assure me if they have received. when it comes to investing there is always a risk, but I like their personality matched portfolio's which of course you can change if this is not suitable. Money farm are open and transparent about the fee's you will pay on your investments and overall they're a pleasure to deal with. I hope in the next 10 years and beyond I see plenty of growth in my ISA. Reviewed on: 14th January 2025
