Excellent compassionate and reasonable

I was having trouble getting into debt and they helped me to reduce my overdraft at a reasonable rate so that I wouldn't suffer too harshly from the reductions. They were very compassionate towards my situation and made me feel confident and at ease. Reviewed on: 18th December 2018

I also use Monzo and some of the newer disruptor saving/banking apps, and while I really appreciate their new features, I've not yet switched over as I appreciate the reliability of Nationwide. Flex account well worth having
