Excellent compassionate and reasonable

I was having trouble getting into debt and they helped me to reduce my overdraft at a reasonable rate so that I wouldn't suffer too harshly from the reductions. They were very compassionate towards my situation and made me feel confident and at ease. Reviewed on: 18th December 2018

I really like the flexaccount with nationwide. You get rewarded interest on your account each month, and can make an extra £100 by reffering a friend. I went through the process and it was really quick and easy. I also like how I don't get charged for swift transactions. Highly recommended! Reviewed on: 22nd November 2019

Nationwide - A hassle free banking experience.

I have been with Natiowide building society for roughly 3 years now and never encountered any problems with them at all. The staff are very courteous and friendly and will always go the extra mile for you. When i had to let them know i would be traveling through Europe, they kindly made a note on my account so i would not have my account frozen as occurs with some other banks, just for taking cash out from a foreign ATM. My account is simple, free to use, which of course any banking account should be, and overall my experience with Nationwide is one of excellence. The simpler the better. A solid caretaker of our finances

I've been with Nationwide for more than 30 years. I have limited experience with Other Building Societies and Banks, but Nationwide have always been up front and transparent about charges & changes, and their services are straightforward to navigate. We also have our home insurance with them, which is very reasonable, and so simple to set up. No hassles with Nationwide. Reviewed on: 21st November 2019

The Nationwide Flex account provides most of what one expects from a bank account, with on-line banking that actually works. When there are glitches, staff respond promptly to emails and secure messages and resolve problems in a helpful and generous manner. Reliable and problem free
