Amazing service and product

Had an initial problem setting up, messaged Rooster and had such a quick response. Turns out I was doing something wrong and the advisor was so lovely to help me rectify the matter straight away. Reviewed on: 5th April 2024

Good children account

Easy to set up account, fees also removed which is positive. Not had much CS interaction only online chat when pin issue, all very helpful and resolved problem. It was easy to set up.

It was easy to set up, help on hand if you needed it. Nice that you can set up both accounts at the same time and it give your child the freedom to choose what type of picture to have on their cars. Although the only thing I would mention is but I may have missed the info somewhere that the premium pictures on the card cost £4.99. Reviewed on: 5th April 2024
