It’s 1st time using NatWest (rooster money) bank for the kids and have really good and helpful as the kids have lost bank cards and getting replacements wasn’t hassle or problem lol. The app is really good n easy to use and I have good control and see what the kids been spending and contactless feature is good after 5 times use to reset.
