Online mortgage has been inaccessible for 2.5 years!
Reference number: 84261762 I have not been able to access my online mortgage for 2.5 years because of their faulty IT platforms/systems. And of course... And of course their way of resolving this is to constantly waste my time 'pretending' to search for a solution. Constantly promising that this will be resolved so that I do not escalate the complaint! They honestly think that calling me up during working hours to 'chat' is helping me I just want to change to another provider but their exit fees are ridiculous and of course they keep delaying me without giving me a final response so that I cannot escalate! You might prefer to bank with HSBC, Nationwide, or Halifax all of which I have no problem with. Read more Read less
