Great for pre existing conditions

We adopted our dog who already had epilepsy, petsure offered us by far the best insurance policy for a pet with pre-existing conditions, it’s such a weight off our minds to know our dog can still be covered for anything else that happens to him! Reviewed on: 29th September 2022

Easy to find a good fit

Excellent customer service

On renewal, I reported a change in the profile (neutering) and was helped by a charming customer service assistant and delighted to find the premium dropped by a couple of pounds a month! Reviewed on: 28th September 2022

Affordable cover for pre existing conditions

After a lot of searching I was very happy that I found Pet Insurance for our beloved puppy Ace that actually covered him for a pre existing illness. Due to him having contracted the dreaded parvovirus at such a young age we were struggling to get affordable cover. As you can imagine we had spent a fortune in vet fees in order to try and save our boy and thankfully he pulled through! Having this insurance in place for him now gives us the piece of mind that we needed so that we haven’t got to face the worry of him being poorly again cos he will be covered.
