Worst Bank ever

Just been joined them in Oct 2018 and can't access my account online or mobile App the pay my bills. Have telephoned them several times and got very little help in sorting the problem out. Put in 3 Online Complaints and just been told this from YB: We deal with complaints in date order received to treat customers fairly, and then in a fair and prompt manner. We will write to you within the next 4 weeks with an update on your complaint or with a final response. That means i still can't pay any business invoices till 2019, if then its sorted.
