I cannot explain how RUDE, DISAPPOINTING and UNHELPFUL this joke of a company is. Issues from the confirmation of the policy. Like many other upset people, the policy has been cancelled after the company 'requiring' information which they clearly should have asked for prior to taking money. They asked for a proof of no claims when I had previously stated that I am a new driver that has just passed. JOKE OF A 'COMPANY'!! If I could provide a lower starred rating, on reflection I would probably give minus stars. - Embarrassment.
