Branch visits always stressful

When I need to do things online it’s generally fine, but whenever I visit the branches the staff always seem young and inexperienced and usually unable to help with the query I had. The last time I went in to enquire abor business banking and the girl said ‘just do it online’ and then handed me a phone number if I needed any help!
