I've been with this 24 hour online bank for the past 25 years and I would recommend them to anyone. They are a great bank and make it easy to bank online, scan cheques and they are always there when you need them.

We have been banking with First Direct for over a decade and would never change as their service, rates and 24 hour banking is wonderful.

I've been with First Direct since 2002 and have not had any problems with them. They are easy to access via the phone and through internet banking.
