This is honestly the worst bank I've ever dealt with, I wouldn't usually leave a review but if I can stop someone from signing up I've a least saved the the hassle for someone else.
Online banking for bussiness accounts is awful, in 6 months I've been locked out for the 4th time due 2 factor authorisation, why can't you have finger print access like every other bank? It's not 2004. Now I have wait for the password in the post again.
Secondly customer services just takes ages. 20minutes on the phone before you can talk to anyone.
I look forward to leaving I won't be paying for the services of you bussiness account. You should be paying me to use this rubbish.
