Took out a virgin credit card on 0% finance deal for balance transfers.
Email from Virgin went into my junk email & they did not send anything in post so I was a day late setting up direct debit for first payment. Therefore the promotion was 'invalid' & they charged a very high interest rate. Customer services team difficult to get through to & very unhelpful . . .
