I don't like any car insurance company if I'm being honest, we are with Diamond at the moment but have to change every year as everyone I've been with hike up their prices,, I will say though cooperative were good for offering a 3 year fixed price but then they let me down by cancelling my policy and trying to make me start all over again with an increased quote when one of my direct debits failed due to me changing bank accounts, I even phoned them up to pay it the day after
