I had a leak in my bathroom, covered by the policy. After much toing and froing someone came out, couldn't fix it and said it is not covered. I paid a plumber, came out fixed it in half a hour.

I left Yorkshire after switching to them because they made every single thing a thousand times more difficult than it had to be. The 'help' lines wre as much use as a chocolate fireguard. Don't use them. Go with Halifax or nationwide

Incompetent is the nicest thing I can say about them. Repeatedly failed to send someone out, 'forgot' to send people etc etc The worst insurance agents I have ever dealt with. I wouldn't go with them again if they were free.
