There have been times over the years when I have had to phone the help line when scam payments have gone through my account. The Barclaycard customer service people make it so easy for me, and I have never had to worry about being charged for the fraudulent amount going through the account. I trust them totally, as well as Barclays. Online banking is a pleasure, and I no longer stress about anything financial these days.
