The system collapse was bad but just managed to keep going. Nevertheless the whole organisation got behind the problem and fixed it. It was difficult - we’ll done TSB - you deserve to be a winner.

Virgin money had an online monthly savings account paying 2.5% but since the Clydesdale takeover they’ve discontinued this online account. Great shame - now have to travel 25 miles to access the new account in branch. Come on Virgin - we need an online saver.
