I’ve been a Nationwide Flex customer for 30 years and a flex plus for 2 + years. I’ve had cause to use their mobile phone insurance twice ad well as roadside recovery twice and both times they’ve answered the phone quickly, been professional and responsive. I’m a call a centre manager (no affiliation) and take my hat off to them :-)
