I've been with Chip since the start. The fact that I'm still there says lots about the big range of competitive & unique products, the excellent customer support & the innovative easy to use app. The savings market is very competitive & constantly changing. Chip have managed to evolve their offerings to stay ahead. I'm enjoying being a part of what Chip makes feel like a family.

The easy access part of Chip is providing a leading rate of 3.55%
However, the only way to get this is by using the manual save option.
If you use the auto save function it will cost you 45p per transaction.
Also with regular recurring saves the charge is 25p each time.
So, a couple of recurring saves a week could cost around £45 a year!
Therefore, if you opt for the lowest level autosaves the charges could cost more than the interest earned!!

I have been a not inconsiderable investor for some years.
Back in mid March, I decided to pull out as I would need cash to support me through the pandemic.
I was informed that my investment would be returned within a week.
When that didn't happen, I was told it may take a month.
Over time, investors have been fed and lot of positive PR, but few real facts - and certainly no money.
So here I am, some 4.5 months later and still no cash.
Due to a change in Ratesetter's fact reporting, I'm now told there are over 1,500 people ahead of me in the queue.
In fact they are still in the process of returning investments to people from requests on March 13 - a date that's moved only 1 day in several weeks.
All a bit of a frustrating & worrying puzzle.
