Terrible Customer Service. Staff have a Don’t Care attitude! Avoid this company. Customer service lines close at 5.30pm, online chat feature only general information, call waiting times are shocking! Thankfully Cancelled my policy in time would hate to think the hassle I would have had to go through if I had to make a claim! Please avoid!!
